SHAKIRA PRESSLEY

Shakira was born in the dope state of New Jersey, but was raised all down the East Coast, living in over forty-five places if you can believe it! Like any kid who moved a lot, Shakira needed a way to pass the time during long car rides and moments when the furniture hadn’t yet arrived, so she began to write... After she was done playing whatever was on her gameboy that is. Anyway, in these stories, she would feature some of the wide assortments of unique and intriguing people from each move but stick them in an imaginative genre-based world; fantasy, sci-fi, adventure, you name it. She would write it. And what originally started as a way of preoccupying herself quickly turned into a genuine love for storytelling. Soon after Shakira discovered her newfound passion, she found a way to tell stories outside of her composition notebook to share them with the world. Now her dream is to mesmerize and bring joy to audiences as she felt when taking in any of her favorite television programs as a kid. And now as an adult too. Except now she can write her video games, anime, and figurine collection off on her taxes and has an intense love, or perhaps addiction, to coffee.
